Also encountered this during my draft game, thankfully didn't end up mattering, but going to wait to play finish my draft until this is patched since I actually really need the fixing in my deck.
Interestingly, I tried testing the other landcycling cards and can confirm that Alabaster Host Intercessor is also broken, but Eagles of the North does function correctly, along with each other form of landcycling that I've tried. So Plainscycling {2} specifically seems to be broken?
