    I have also noticed this whilst playing the pioneer scapeshift combo. Opponents will frequently concede whilst I am in the process of manually tapping lands for mana, and if they do so at the same time as I tap the land, the game will not return me to the main menu like it normally does when the game ends.

    I am playing on PC in the pioneer Bo3 queue. I have only seen this happen after the final game in the match.
