Bumping this with another aura - Doppelgang for X=12 included targeting a Witness Protection, but with only 5 targets on the battlefield, the UI couldn't handle me selecting the same permanent multiple times to resolve it appropriately. Eventually, the timer ran down and stacked all 12 copies on the creature that was originally enchanted, very unhelpfully. Some sort of mechanism for selecting the same target multiple times when a large quantity of auras are entering simultaneously seems to be in order?

Howdy! Just ran across this issue and lost a draft game because of it, thought I'd chip in my logs and video of the bug to hopefully make it a wee bit easier to track down so more gems aren't lost because of it! Seems the comment can't handle uploading the video clip, but here's a link to it on YouTube - link should take you to 29:30 and the relevant bit ends at 33:35 when I reopened the game after a forced close of the window and it registered a loss - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTczRuEFDMc&t=1770s

I haven't tried testing it, but I would be curious if other triggered collect evidence abilities suffer from the same - the issue seems to me to be that Arena handles triggered "may" abilities by asking you to decide yes or no, and once the decision is made you aren't able to rescind the trigger - since in this case, the trigger requires you to pay a cost you might not be able to pay, you can't proceed and can't rescind your decision on the trigger, and so you get stuck. I am unclear if this also occurs when you have cards in your graveyard, but an insufficient amount to pay the cost.
