Kitsa’s ability to copy is possibly linked to the times her prowess ability has triggered rather than her actual power as she can copy convoke spells when another spell has been cast. Extra power increases like from floodcaller seem to be ignored.
Steps to replicate:
Control kitsa and valley floodcaller
Cast stoke the flames, targeting opponent, using aforementioned creatures to convoke
Resolve prowess trigger
Resolve valley floodcaller trigger
Kitsa’s power is now three, but her ability cannot be activated on the stoke the flames. It is expected that the ability can be activated as the condition is met.Replicated on PC and iOS most recent versions

I tested two other scenarios, one with patchwork banner and one with a pump spell, and those both worked as expected as per attached screenshots. In a third scenario, I convoked meeting of minds with Kitsa then untapped her with a shore up and the bug was replicated here. No abilities could be activated, proving the initial post stating the issue is with convoke and Kitsa rather than floodcaller specifically. In a fourth scenario I used two shore ups to untap after activating the first ability and was able to copy one of them on the stack, confirming that convoke is the issue here. Please investigate as this is an important function of the card and should hopefully be an easy fix. Thanks the photo is of the third scenario
