    I am having this issue as well while playing on android. Nothing to do with internet, as I'm either in my 5g or on wifi. Went from 1 win away from going up from Platinum 1 rank down to platinum 4 because of the amount of disconnects I had over a 2 day period. It is seriously making me reconsider playing this game.
