Well, strictly speaking, my words "MTG Arena does not allow a player to concede when they have no priority" was inappropriate. I was talking about the timing that a player receives priority and that they can do no effective actions (i.e., no abilities to activate and no spells to cast) other than to pass.

A video containing the following scenes:
1. In my turn, I had Taigam, Master Opportunist (好機を逃さぬ達人、テイガム) on the battlefield and cast Spectral Sailor (幽体の船乗り) then Drake Hatcher (ドレイクの孵卵者).
2. As my next turn begins, Taigam-granted Suspend on the exiled Drake Hatcher triggered, showing an inappropriate text.
3. Several turns later (actually the fourth of my turns after I cast Drake Hatcher), Suspend's abilities triggered in sequence, showing several inappropriate texts.
