    I believe this is the intended functionality, the same way there are cards that conjure the Moxen even though they aren't legal in Alchemy.

    You didn't block the Hydra. The arrow is orange and no damage is assigned to it.

    I also just had this issue with a stack of tokens that had been dealt 2 damage each by Stalwart Speartail thanks to Roaming Throne. There also would have been a +1/+1 counter on each token before they died, which was not being displayed. I could not interact with the stack of tokens.
