   Having this exact same issue with Reporting Player Conduct via the MTGA website.

   Issue happens at this URL: https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

   Tested in both Chrome and Firefox. No matter how many times successfully signing in, the form is not recognizing it.
