    if what rezzahan says below is true, why does the card not tell what outlaws are? how are recreational players supposed to keep up with these things? this card should be deleted. what a pos

    I tried to cast shoot the sheriff on a rouge skeleton(I think that is what it said. did not say outlaw). It would not let me cast on the card
