    Had the same issue just now, also with a basic plains.

    I was confused at first because the game jumped priority even though I should have been able to play something at instant speed.

    Finally I saw that the plains could not be tapped and after I lost all my live the hand ‚bounced‘ back to hand.

    Edit: To add to the previous poster, I had a short disconnect In that particular game.
