I've also run into this problem. Details follow. If it's as Sire of Toast mentions in their comment and the 0/1 achievements can't be gained via Starter Deck Duels, the achievement text should be updated to indicate this.
Platform: Windows 11
Arena Version: 2025.49.0.8799.1149957
Problem: After completing a match in the Starter Deck Duel event, in which I attacked with a creature with 21 or greater power, the "Color Mastery: Green" >> "No, Bigger Than That" achievement ("Attack with a creature with 21 or greater power") is not logged as complete.
Expected: The "No, Bigger Than That" achievement will be marked as complete (along with the associated achievement track progress, etc.) after a Starter Deck Duel match where I attacked with a creature with 21+ power. (Other achievements have been marked as complete from matches in this event.)
I've had this issue multiple times, with different approaches, but here are basic steps to reproduce:
1. At the Home screen, click the "Play" button. "Recently Played" tab displays.
2. In the "Starter Deck Duel" column, click the "Play" button.
3a. At the event screen, if either the "Learn from the Land" (Blue/Green) or "Cat Attack" (White/Green) deck is already selected, click the "Play" button to enter the matchmaking queue.
3b1. At the event screen, if neither of the decks in 3a are selected, click the deck box to enter deck selection.
3b2. At the deck selection screen, click either of the decks mentioned in step 3a.
3b3. Click the "Submit Deck" button to return to the event screen.
3b4. At the event screen, click the "Play" button to enter the matchmaking queue.
4. During the game build up a creature to 21+ power before declaring it as an attacker. (E.g. the 336/336 Mossborn Hydra from the last game in the attached log.)
5. Declare an attack that includes the creature from step 4. Game progresses to "Choose Blocks" phase.
6. Finish match through opponent concession or by dealing lethal damage. (The attached log is after a match won with lethal damage.) "Victory" overlay displays.
7. Click screen to leave match.
