   Still need to test a few more scenarios but currently having the same issue.
   Maybe it needs another card with Start Your Engines!/Max Speed in play to "see" the speed to use the ability?
   Edit: Screenshot shows empty board on my end (no legal target), but this was after my creature was removed and still was unable to play from graveyard before my creature was removed.
