This gives you "full control." Then you can choose whether to cast the spell with an additional cost or alternatively for 0. Hi, I found a solution on Reddit: You have to press the CTRL key before casting a spell with X mana cost. This gives you "full control." Then you can choose whether to cast the spell with an additional cost or alternatively for 0.
