1. Game suddenly ended in defeat in the middle of my turn. No reason for defeat. This is the third time this has happened. to me

   this just happened to me as well, I was scrying with my mazemind tome and had 10 life and just got a sudden "defeat" in a Bo3 game, very annoying.
