    I also noticed the same thing. I had Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might with a +1+1 counter and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus out, and then I cast a Twin Bolt at my opponent. I would think that because Ojer's attack power was 5, and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus should have doubled the damage making it 10 damage for the Twin Bolt, but it was only doing 5 damage.
