according to the rules of magic you have to be able to concede, this is a bug or an exploit, or there is some missing button we need to know about to break the combo and concede. Either that or Wizards is breaking their own rules and should just stop being a company that anyone does business with.
Seriously, this single card by itself is so utterly format destroying that it should never have existed to begin with. However, with combos that can let you put it down without paying it's mana cost (as early as turn 2 in some formats) it becomes just ludicrous. It is enough to make me want to stop playing MTGA again until it is banned.
