   I'm having this same issue. Been happening every time I go to the home screen since Nov. Occurs bot on my Android app of Arena on my Samsung Galaxy phone and my Steam client version on my desktop computer. I've tried re-downloading the app as well as running the in app repair. Neither fixed the issue.
