    I'm also experiencing this same issue, Redirect Lightning does nothing when it is played. No targets become available to change. I've played this on my own cards that "targeted" a creature or opponent, and the spell to be changed doesn't highlight or give an optin to change the spell. I've tried multiple times and everytime I monkey with it for several minutes and it does nothing. "Target" spells can't be changed.
