I was able to login and play last week but this week I can't. I have the same sequence as stated above.
As far as I'm aware I didn't "timeout" during any of the games I played.
I tried clearing data, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, removing my credentials and giving them again fresh. nothing's worked so far. thanks for your help
