    This has also happened to me, and also seems to be for mono decks. First time was with 2x red packets, and just now again when I tried picking 2x blue.

    After waiting an hour or so and re-launching the game, I can choose another second packet and it will let me continue, as long as I don't do the same color as the first packet.
