    I did have the same problem in a Premier draft, i hope this get fixed and my gems are refunded.
    I sent a ticket 3 days ago, and still waiting for the solution

    It has been three days, and the amount has not yet been refunded. I ask that you review the situation. I do not feel the situation was fair.
