I had something similar but way more simple occur and it seemed like a bug because of the interaction. I killed Toph while my opponent had 2 artifact equipments of insignificance on the board, they both went from being lands to losing their land type. When they brought Toph back into play of course the artifacts became land types again, but when I enchanted Toph with Imprisoned in the Moon they didn't lose their land type. There is nothing else on the board that would affect the typing. Unless there is an additional part to Toph's ability to change artifacts into Lands such as "until Toph leaves play" which is not printed on the card. When Toph loses its abilities the artifacts in question should revert back to non-land artifacts. Logs attached.
