Had the same problem in BO3 draft. First a server connexion problem without a reload. I cut my internet for 5 seconds to force a reload. After I came back to the game I was stuck on the currently in waiting screen while hearing the sounds of the game and eventually the sound of my defeat. Even after the loss the game was still stuck on this screen and I couldn't quit, I had to reset the game.
