    During my draft, the card I tried to select a card, but it vanished and another card was selected. Therefore my deck didn't turn out as wanted – would you please refund the 10.000 Gold?

    During my recent draft the deck disappeared from the draft overview screen. I wanted to make some changes before the upcoming games but wasn't able to. I lost the last game with the deck as is – wasn't a great experience. I was playing in my Mac.

    Every time I start up the Mac version of Arena this process (screenshot) begins taking up to 30 minutes. I didn't experience any issues during the last session so I wonder, what's happening with this routine.
