It appears to be your opponents turn. Urabrask's ability can be activated only as a sorcery.

Indomitable Creativity exiles the card before putting it on the battlefield. While the card began in the library, the zone it was in prior to the battlefield was exile, thus allowed under Grafdiggers Cage.

I think that's a Phyrexian Censor (MOM #031) on your opponent's field. If that is the case, you wouldn't be able to cast Kogla and Yidaro if you have already cast another non-phyrexian spell that turn, such as the Goreclaw.
The other mode is not a cast, but rather an activation, hence it still being a valid option.

I had a similar experience. Windows showed each previous patch of the game as a separate install, dating back about 4 updates.
