    I had the same thing happen to me just now while convoking Conclave Tribunal. My opponent conceded while I was tapping creatures for convoke. The victory fanfare played, but I neither got a victory screen nor could I access the game menu. In game effects still occurred, like hovering the mouse over cards on the battlefield highlighted those cards. I had to use Task Manager to get out of and force close the game.
