This just happened to me. I had lots of life and my opponent had [Marauding Blight Priest](https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=593979) and [Exquisite Blood](https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=489237). I wanted to concede immediately when I saw what was going to happen, but I had to wait 20 minutes before I finally ran out of life. The whole point of conceding is for situations like this where it's clear that I'm going to lose but it will take all night. What's the point in even having a concede button if I can't use it when I need it the most?

I had Sanctum of All which allowed me to search my library. I selected Sanctum of Fruitful Harvest, but then my turn immediately ended. I didn't get Sanctum of Fruitful Harvest, I didn't get to play anything or attack, and my opponent's beginning of upkeep abilities triggered immediately after I selected Sanctum of Fruitful Harvest.
