After reconnecting to a game that was currently sideboarding, I encountered this screen and was unable to make any changes.

I have run into this issue 3 times.
The first was while attempting to reconnect to a draft. This one worked properly after the draft ended.
The second was after Alt+F4ing a finished game. This one did not resolve quickly, and only managed to log in again after an overnight.
The third was during matchmaking. It is currently facing the same issue as the second event.
My guess is that something in the networking really hates dealing with accounts locked out of the main menu/is in an active role in an ongoing event. It also seems like games take a long time to time out on the server.
