MINOR: Chat UI throws "Unknown Error Occured" if you try to scroll down when it's already on top
Build 0.10.2716.116391
How to replicate: At the Clan chat screen, if you scroll the chat to its beginning and try to scroll more, the application throws the Unknown Error. This is very minor as you just dismiss the alert and the application doesn't get any visible side-effect.
Screenshot would just show the alert, adding no value, so I'm not adding one.

ADD VIDEO QUALITY
Add a video quality tab in options for less capable devices

New Challenges Don't Refresh
When time lapses for new challenges to appear, if you're already on that screen, it shows "tap to refresh" but it doesn't work. Tapping on it does nothing. You have to close the game and reopen in order for the new challenges to appear.

On Galaxy S9, when clicking the 2nd card in your hand to see it's abilities, the home screen button is triggered and the game minimizes
Could the cards in your hand be moved up the screen a bit so that it doesn't trigger this?

Sometimes rapidly tapping on a card in chest reward causes the game to freeze.
Workaround: restart the app if you get into this state.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Chests and Leagues scene.
2. Collect a completed chest.
3. Quickly tap to inspect a rewarded card.Actual Results: Sometimes the title hangs indefinitely.
Expected Results: You can proceed to claim the next reward.2 votes -

1. Once you're in a team, select the Teams option in the game.
2. View team members online/offline status.Actual Results: All team members appear offline.

Gems didn't show up
Hello, i'm used to play spellslingers, and one of these days i logged in and received a message telling me that, if i "connect" my spellslinger account with my Wizzards account, i would receive 1500 gems in my Arena account, but after making the mentioned procedure, i haven't received them yet. Could You help me please?

Unknown error
I keep getting the “unknown error” when I start a game, no matter if it’s in training or standard mode. The game then freezes and makes noises like turns are happening. Only way around it is close the app entirely.

Keys counter
I got a second key to unlock Planeswalkers, but the keys counter didn't go up, so I lost a full key. I was preserving them to use them as soon as a challenge asked for a specific spellslinger. Can you give me my lost key back?

login
I can't login anymore.
I stopped using the game for some time and wanted to return. Now I have the option of using Wizard or Google account. If I select google, after the login, I see the message "'Disconnected' There seems to be a problem connecting to the internet.". But the internet is working.
If I try login as Wizard account it works, but I don't have any progress saved.1 vote -

Crash when playing on samsung z fold 4
First time i open the app on my z fold 4, the game crashes and I'm sent back to my home screen. 2nd time opening the app, it works fine. Nothing extreme, just a minor inconvenience.
If I completely close the app after the crash though, like swipe up and clear it and try to reopen it fresh, it crashes again. If I just tap on the icon immediately after the crash, it opens and plays fine without having any other issues.1 vote -

Deleted my data on its own
Hadn't played for a while so it asked me sign in again and when I did it started me all over from the begining of the tutorial.

Game won't connect on PC
When I load the game thru Steam the game gives a disconnected/ no internet message. When I load it thru Android on the same internet it works. I can also file this bug and listen to music on the same laptop that supposedly has no internet. The loading bars never move on the laptop.

So like 500 gold to enter an event the que just sits, and sits, and sits, like how long am supposed to wait then I cancel and the app calls it a loss .... I would say get your **** together but we both know thats never gonna happen at least not by choice ****** scumbags

Hello bad design
So first yall put the turn passing button in the woooorst possible spot .... now you got our entire hand on top of the home an back button on th screen...and on top of it all once again some ****** need to dail it back you got 4 or 5 spellslingers that when coupled with basically their cards are un beatable so once again all that money yet no sence
