Game No Longer Works on my Device
Hello,
While i was playing spellslingers today, the game crashed suddenly, and i haven't been able to open it since, it encounters unknown errors very early in the loading.
On Google play Store, i have a message stating that the app is no longer compatible with my device, and To contact you to have more info.
So please tell me what is going on. I enjoy this game.
I play on a Samsung Galaxy A20, as I have since the beginning, and i am in Canada.

No Ingame Store
As I'm playing Spellslinger i don't have excess to the in game store to purchas shards.

Extra Cards Missing
I have opened 25 packs of cards (14 at one time and 11 a second time), and although while opening them I saw a bunch of cards that I got 3 or 4 or 5 of, in my card collection I only have 2 at most of any card. I have no crafting materials (says I am unable to craft any cards) but the cards I PAID for are gone. I purchased the $12.99 bundle and since it doesn't seem like you guys know what you are doing I'd like my money back.

Store refresh timer goes in to negative time
Store refresh time goes negative (see attached image) unless game is force closed and reopened.
I expect that the timer going to 0 should refresh the store with no action.

Dupe protection...HAAAAA 750GEMS WASTED
I bought the white mage bundle its supposed to have dupe protection than why I get 3 duplicate cards... i have included a screen shot of the recycling process the 3 white cards came from the bundle

Erro de carta duplicada na compra do pacote de nv 20
O pacote de cartas do nível 20 vendido na store garante não vir cartas repetidas. Vieram 2 cartas que eu já tinha. Gostaria que solucionassem o problema.

Silver booster pack purchase doesnt give all packs
Silver rank pack purchase claims 5 + 1 in states, six packs will be awarded to the purchase. The description says six packs for the five plus one. After purchase I only had five packs.

Opened 100 packs, 0 mythics.
Says I should have the odds of 1/10 packs and literally have gotten zero, paid around 100 dollars for the deal and some extra gems. What is going on?

Duplicate protection is flawed
When opening a pack player is supposed to be protected from excess duplicates unless he has collected all cards of that rarity. Currently duplicate protection protects player from getting a copy of a card if he already has 2 copies of it, however it doesn't include other cards from the pack. E.g. when I had 1 copy of Fledging Gryff i received another 3 copies of it in a single pack even if there were other commons I haven't collected yet.
The duplicate protection should treat cards from the pack as cards already existing in the collection.

Nao consigo vincular minha conta do gmail com a conta da Wizard
Baixei o jogo primeiro no Android, quando fui instalar no Pc não consegui levar a conta do Android pro PC e criou uma nova conta, a conta do Android(Google)não vinculou com a conta da Wizard e da steam, agora tenho 2 contas separadas como faço pra unilas ou vincular uma única conta em todos os aparelhos?

Unsupported on Pixel 3XL
I would like to download the Magic Spellslingers app to my phone! However, the App Store tells me that my Pixel 3XL with Android 12 should not be suitable for this? I can hardly believe it, well, my Android 12 is just one year old!
Can you tell me why? Because I can't find any information about why the app is not compatible! Every PC program or game is labeled with minimum requirements but there is no information about apps?1 vote -
Buying packs
It looks like you can only spend real money to buy packs. That is obviously an error, since it would make your game incredibly hard to get into, which is EXACTLY what you should not be doing right now

Duplicates
There's no real reason to get duplicates in the same pack. I got a 3 pack. The second pack had 3 of the same card, the third pack had 5 of the same card.

Mega Bundle appears as sold out, although the transaction was not finished
Began the purchase for the Mega-Bundle on mobile, taken to google play store, but had a payment issue, when I logged in on desktop later in the evening, the mega bundle reports as sold out . Going back to mobile it shows as sold out now as well.

Last update was devastating. I lost my rank, my spellslinger and my 40 accumulated keys... What's happened?
