Ral's Storm Conduit ability sometimes does not reduce the cost of spells
Steps to reproduce:
1. Play a game with Ral with a card like Isochron Scepter in your deck.
2. Progress until you have more than 3 spells in your hand and enough mana gems to cast them.
3. Play 2 spells.
4. Play and activate Isochron Scepter.
Actual Results: The drafted spell is not affected by Ral's aura.
Expected Results: Ral's aura affects all spells.
