When I acquired Jace about a month ago, an "unknown error" message popped up. I dismissed it at the time but since then I have not been able to play Jace at all even with a deck that I have all cards for. It keeps producing an unknown error message every time I click his name and the animation for his opening does not show. I cannot even get into a match due to the error as well.

In the photos, you can see the message that pops up after I click him, then there is no animation for him once I click ok to dismiss the unknown error box.
