Why not just wear a name tag with your preferred pronouns on it? Since it is a PERSONAL preference for YOU. Here’s a novel idea- introduce yourself to your opponent and tell them your pronouns before you sit and play. What’s so hard about that?

I came here to suggest this and it's already here! I had the same thought when I was at FNM last. Having my opponent's name at my fingertips is great, pronouns would be even better.

This is a great point. Also helps if my opponent is named “Sam” or something to have a little better idea who I’m looking for.
