Actual physical packs issue
I tried to find where to put this under MTG support, but there is literally no contact customer service or create a ticket on any of the pages. I'm unsure why this site is designed so well, and the others are not.
At a prerelease there were Booster Packs that had coloration issues. On person at my table opened packs that had 5 set rares in them, not counting any bonus cards.
Another person opened cards like Woodland Acolyte (241) which to my understanding should not be in Draft booters.
Can you kindly forward to the appropriate channels, and perhaps provide feebacks on adding a customer support to either the requests page, or the Official page.
