I also had the same issue as of today and I tried pub#92000's solution and it worked on IOS. Yeah not sure why or what it was messing with but any & in your password seems to ***** it over for some reason

I also tried pub#92000's solution, and it worked on iOS. I also had an "&" in my password. Seems like some special characters are a problem.

Potential fix: I had to reset my password and set a new one. I’m guessing the problem is that I had an ‘&’ symbol in my old password, which has caused issues on other apps in the past. Either that or the length (was 22 characters before and now 18).

With my Wizards credentials I cannot login to Companion

same issue and same experience as the other commenters. can log in to other wizards related sites and apps but can't log in to companion using the same creds. been going on for at least a week for me. please fix!

I have the same error on the Companion App in IOS. The password is correct and I can login elsewhere, but in the App the loading wheel appears briefly and then nothing happens.

I have the same issue. Even after changing password, I can log into every other service but not the companion app on IOS. Probably due to the IOS update 1-2 weeks ago.

I can login to my wizards account on a browser, and log in to arena just fine.

But for some reason the companion app has refused to let me login for a little over a week now.

And ofc I’ve done all the trouble shooting I can and nothing has fixed it.

I had the same exact experience last night. I was registered and playing in a live tournament. After round 2 I got a push notification round had started and when trying to look at pairing I was logged out. When trying to log in with my creds and loading wheel appeared and nothing happened. Creds were still filled in and no error. When trying to log in just a spinner for a few seconds with no response.

I am using iOS. I deleted the app and same issue. Confirmed I could log into arena on my phone and the wizards website.

I havé exactly the same problem for a for a few days now, I can no longer log in to my wizzard account on the app even though I can totally do it on an internet page

I am also having this issue after changing my password and deleting the app several times and yes I have putting my information in correctly each time.

I also cannot sign into the companion app. I keep trying, no errors just a simple loading screen and still at the login page
