When an event is created, it's natural that the rounds are calculated based on the number of attendees. Everything's fine there. The problem occurs on Limited Tournament with a Top.

Basically, when an event has 9-16 attendees for a Limited format (Most usually a Sealed event with a draft on the top), the MTR suggests that it should have 4 rounds of Sealed and later a cut to the Top 8 with a draft. The problem is that the structure for that event with that amount of attendees, it takes the Constructed number of rounds (5 Rounds, Top 4), which clearly isn't adequate.
