To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback

Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.



Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

  10. Multiplayer Pairing For Home Tournaments

    It would be nice that it would allow us to determine a pod size and then assign matches for the pod size. That would pretty much make this my de facto app for home tournaments if we could do that.

  13. Timer doesn't work for manual events. Inspecting the traffic, the `timerId` value of the `rounds` list of objects is an empty string

    The Timer object doesn't seem to be properly created when making an event from the app. At first it shows properly counting down from 50 minutes, but if you go out and back into the event then the timer resets back to 50 minutes, and none of the other players can see the timer, only the organizer. I inspected the traffic coming from the server, and it appears that the timerId object isn't being returned as part of the response.

  14. Private event issue

    I am not able to complete any host activities for a private event that I created. Because of this I have no way of deleting the event.

    Please stop trying to force Standard play on us.
    Our LGS asked 20+ players all to raise their hand if they would participate in a Standard format store championship for LCI.
    NOT. ONE. HAND. WENT. UP.
    Why are you going to punish our beloved LGS and the players by forcing them to run a format that NO ONE wants to play?

    When you build your deck in sealed caves of ixalan and click done your deck disappears and you have to rebuild your deck

    If all the matches on a round of swiss are ties you cannot submit them even when the clock runs out, there has to be at least one match that has a winner.
