1. Crashes - PlayStation 4

   Everytime I attempt to load the game I get to the initial Dark Alliance screen. It then freezes for a few seconds and then crashes and logs me completely out of the PS4. I have attempted to rebuild database in safe mode already.

2. Black screen with HUD at mission start

   Whenever I try to enter a mission, the game "loads," and the HUD pops up, but I am left with an otherwise black screen (picture attached). I can't cast anything or do anything, but the game isn't frozen, as I can hit escape and it will bring up the menu and allow me to exit to the hub area.

   This happens with any character.

   This happens with either of the two available missions (tutorial and 1st actual mission).

   Up until stepping into the portal, the game seems to be running perfectly smoothly, so it doesn't seem like a computer performance problem, per se. I've left the screen up for a long time (30 minutes) just in case it was a slow loading issue, but nothing changes.

3. can't change movement controls

   When I first started up the game on PC to change my controls (I prefer to play with ESDF instead of WASD) I noticed that I couldn't change the standard controls. It would be great if the player were able to choose their own movement keys

4. Mob aggro drop, and insane attack range.

   So as I'm sure you know you can literally just kill every mob in the game from ranged without them ever walking towards you. However if you decide to get close. You either get 1 shot or do no damage at all depending on your class. Dodging most enemy attacks are impossible due to the online lag, and the attacks that you do visually dodge still hit you because there is not ground indication on the radius. IE neverwinters ground attack system. The input lagged on commands its also insanely bad. I have to try 6-7 time to get dwarfie boy to cat his heal instead of stomp the ground like hes at the cotton eye Joe. It is nearly.impossinle to chain sick combos together because the input lag makes it so clunky. You have an amazing base game, but I feel like your testers failed you all. <3 the game please fix the major issues before it dies like outriders did.. they acted to late. Please please dont do that!!

5. Feedback on Xbox gameplay

   First, let me start with I am really enjoying the game and I am glad you pushed Wizards to let your team make the game you wanted to make.

   On Xbox the online matchmaking could use some tweaks. When I join an online game and complete the act it always seems to drop me back to the main screen and says, "you have been disconnected". This happens on my Series X and on my Series S. It would be nice to have the choice to stay with your current party and continue on to the next mission, so you don't have to go through the matchmaking queue again.

   Also, for matchmaking it would be a nice feature to be able to select a checkbox which forces matchmaking to find a game which does not have your current selected character already in their party. I may want to focus on leveling up a specific character and right now I have to keep queuing in and out of games to try and find one that will let me play the character I want. The game is in GamePass, so I would imagine your player base is large enough to support this feature.

6. Character progress not synching on Xbox

   I have an Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and an Xbox One X in my house. I have been playing the game on all 3 and my character progress is not synchronizing across my systems. I have a different version of the same characters on each system. Is there a way to force a synchronization or is this a bug?

7. HUD Size

   1. I encountered these issues on Steam.

   2. I was playing alone

   3. I was playing as Wulfgar.
      In the Lobby, my resolution suddenly changed. (I had just logged in solo)

   By resetting it the size of the HUD Interface is enlarged (I only see the word "Line" of "offline) and impossible to reduce it via the" Adjust screen safe zone "option. with my keyboard or my xbox controller, nothing moves. I don't see any "edges"

   I tried by changing the resolution and in windowed mode. I uninstalled. Remove the saves from the cloud. Nothing changes.

   And I don't know how to put it back to "factory mode". So I can't play at all, I can't see my life, my stamina, or my special move CDs.

8. Combined input prompts are inconsistent

   1. I encountered this issue on PS5
   2. I was playing with friends
   3. I was playing as Wulfgar

   I've found it very difficult to consistently do attacks which require 2 inputs. specifically Wulfargs ground stomp (square and X) and the team attack (triangle and circle).

   It seems that about 70% of the time, I end up just having one input acted on (i.e. during a team attack prompt, I press the keys, and either use my ability (triangle) or dodge (circle) instead of doing the team attack. The same is true for the ground stomp, I often end up just jumping (X).

   I'm not sure if you can make these combined inputs more lenient on the timing required? or allow them to be remapped to (hold INPUT 1, tap INPUT 2) to allow for more consistent results.

9. Playstation versions arent cross-gen and cross-progression

   The ps5 version and ps4 version are not compatible to play with eachother, making them not cross-gen like the developers CLAIM, so people need to be on the same version to play together, but the issue is theres no cross-progression between versions so swapping between ps4 and ps5 versions means you LOSE YOUR DATA. Ridiculous, fix this.

10. Ps5

    Im playing on ps5, my friends are playing on ps4, the game claims its cross-gen but people playing on different versions (ps4 and ps5) cant play together, so i downloaded the ps4 version but none of my game data is there, so i either have the start from scratch to play with my friends, or continue with all my stuff on ps5 alone.

    My suggestion - make the game ACTUALLY cross-gen so ps5 version can play with ps4 version and vise-versa, and fix the issue where game data isnt cross-progression, otherwise you’ll have many fans furious when they upgrade to a ps5 and have to start from scratch, or sacrifice the ps5 versions better graphics just to keep their data.

11. Total inventory loss

    I encountered this issue on Xbox One S
    I was playing with friends
    I was playing as Wulfgar

    I was playing with 3 friends. We had mission queued up but weren't ready to start, but one of us thought it would be funny to start it anyway. I believe what happened is, as the mission started I was holding the button to buy the ailment cure potion. When we loaded in, i noticed my gear was default. After returning to town, my inventory is blank. I can't even interact with any of it except the potions and abilities, both of which don't show anything available to equip. If I try to speak to the vendor I get stuck and can't back out of his store or use the UI at all. Both of my ability icons on the HUD are the same icon as Catti's healing ability. When I hover over the character in the character list, he's invisible. Basically, it's very very broken and I can't currently use the character.

    That being said I'd just like to also say I've really enjoyed the game so far, and won't let this stop me from continuing to play. I'm confident, regardless of whether this character somehow gets saved by an update or not, that your dev team is going to do their best to refine any rough edges that exist now. Cheers.

12. stuck in boss room

    1. I encountered this issue on PC (steam)
    2. I was playing with a friend (2 players total)
    3. I was playing as Bruenor
    4. We played through Goffin's Door (act 2 of The Goblin's Shard) on challenge 3 and cleared the map. Once we had beat the three bosses at the end and got our score/loot tally, my friend was transported back to the camp hub, but I was not. I was stuck in the boss room with no way to leave. I waited a moment, but nothing changed. I was forced to leave the game and lose my legendary weapon drop. The game "remembered" some of my loot when joining a new game, but my legendary weapon was lost.

13. Bad performance on PS4 Pro

    Alot of graphical stutter on PS4 Pro.
    Looks more like VRAM limitation since the game instantly start stuttering a few seconds, then everything is smooth afterwards. If it was because of too high graphics quality settings it would just dip in FPS instead.

    Há um grande desequilíbrio e discrepância entre os danos recebidos e causados nos desafios 4, 5 e 6 contra jogador, um grande handicap que desmerece, causa antipatia pelo jogo, dando a impressão que se trata de um jogo sujo da empresa para forçar multiplayer, isso é irritante, causa ódio e nojo do jogo. Se não querer ver o jogo fracassar corrijam imediatamente esse gesto desonesto que desmerece o game play, aumante o desafio de forma justa e honesta como deve ser em qualquer rpg, para se que possa fazer desafios maior que 4 sozinho, tem jogadores que não gostam de multiplayer e deve haver um equilíbrio no danos recebidos pelo jogador que joga sozinho. Esta causando dano demais nos níveis 4, 5 e 6. Respeitem quem pagou pelo jogo e façam danos justo, danos recebidos equilibrado com dano causado. Por esse erro estarei dano notas baixas em todos os canais possíveis, rpg com desequilíbrio de dano contra o jogador é coisa de empresa incompetente que não sabe balanciar rpg.

15. PS4 Pro - Flags/banners have low FPS

    Looks like flags/banners are rendered at 5 FPS when playing on PS4Pro. On PC the flags are rendered at normal FPS, so seems to be a PlayStation issue.

16. No support for PS4 DualShock controller on PC

    You can use the DualShock if you edit the steam settings, but it's detected as Xbox Controller so all button hints are totally wrong. Will this be fixed? I have the game on both PS4 and PC, but ofc want to play on PC in 4K60FPS. Hassle when the controller is displaying wrong buttons.

17. Dropped loot need larger trigger boxes

    Often miss picking up loot because the trigger boxes are to small. Just a minor issue, but gets old real fast when you have to stand directly on the loot to pick it up. A minor increase in 0.5-1.0 Unreal Units should probably do the trick.

18. Slow Responsive Combat due to hidden "Global Cooldown"

    I believe I have found the pain point in "slow" and poor response combat. You seem to have a kind of hidden "global cooldown" between MANY actions, if not all. Even the "lock on" toggle and switch seem to be subject to it.

    I noticed it the most with doing a charge heavy range attack on "Cattie-Brie." If I learn the "beats" of this GCD it and other actions go off without a hitch but if I try to do it rapidly the game won't register my attempt and I will have to release a regular heavy attack or nothing at all in an attempt to activate it again.

    This cooldown needs to be severely shortened, removed and/or allow abilities to more aggressively clip one another. Even with knowledge of it the game feels too slow and almost "turn based" except actions aren't in sync.

19. Attibute bug

    All my attributes were reset on Bruenor character I switched characters and everything change it completely ruined my character and can no longer use Bruenor plz fix for me. All my attributes were changed when I switched to Catti-brie

20. steam gamepass

    My friends bought the game on steam. I have the game through xbox gamepass... we cannot play together. When I send him a game invite through xbox, it sends him to buy the game at the microsoft store. When he sends me an invite via STeam, it tells me to buy the game at Steam. The game advertised "CROSSPLAY" between xbox and PC. He is on his PC and I am on my xbox... WHERE IS THE CROSSPLAY?! I then tried installing it on my windows PC, SAME ISSUE.
