Stuck in Offline Mode

My game is stuck on offline mode. Whenever I try to change the session, nothing happens when I try to switch to custom mode or even quick play. I only got this game so that I can play with my friends and if I can’t do that, I’m going to get a refund.

    I bought the game for ps5 and cant play online too, only offline. The game keeps looking for player for all eternity...

    As of August dark alliance multiplayer isn't working 8/10 it's been over a week since I bought it and it's not working wanting to play with friends but can't at all please fix this soon as possible

    I am having the same issue. The game worked properly for release and started with the multiplayer issue on 7/6.

    I am unable to even select the alternate online modes. Someone described a 'bonk' sound, I have the same thing. My wife is able to start a friends only session, but I fail to join the session every time.

    Both of us are Xbox One.

    Same for me on Xbox Series X. Been trying to play with a friend and I can't, so I'm just waiting for an update to fix this. Been liking the game when it did work before but now I'll just wait until I can play with my friends.

    Same here. All I get is a "bonk" sound when trying to join from home screen or in "manage session" I even tried reinstalling the game.

    Current Session: Offline....try to play online from any of the currently available options and get a message saying i have been disconnected from the game, or now what's new, a message saying the current session is in progress and not available. I got this game to play with people not solo. And the one thing you guys sold so hyped was the playing with friends and I cant even play with strangers.

    I had the same problem on Xbox SX, cleaning cache appears to solve (temporarily) the problem.
