  1. I want a refund

    You make it too hard to request a refund..Where can i go to get a refund for this broken game? Did you even play this game before releasing? Who the **** on your team thought this was close to being ready. Oh and update your **** Twitter feed for crying out loud.

  2. Way to get rid of AFK/disconnected team leaders

    I am VERY TIRED of being connected to lobbies over and over again where the leader is AFK so you waist time hoping they'll notice there's a full party ready to go but nothing, back to main menu, search for new party, repeat. This also happened a few times mid act where the leader went either AFK or got disconnected and there was nothing the rest of the team could do to continue on the mission, cuz you just get pulled back to the leader if you go to far, so all our time & efforts up to that point…

    • I no longer have to advance it from my backup
    • I do not have any equip
    • I no longer have the use of consumables.
    • I can no longer pick up the objects in the game, basically I can no longer interact because it makes it impossible to use the square key. -when I created new characters. Spells are unusable.
    • I can only use the ultimate of the character if I am in part ...

    Can you help me with this problem, because the already starting to disgust my gaming experience.

  4. System Error (-2015294512)

    Hi,

    I have been trying to play the game via XBox Game Pass on PC. When I try to install and launch the game I get an error message:

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\WizardsoftheCoast...\DarkAlliance-WinGDK-Shipping.exe

    Fiel system error (-2015294512)

    I have tried:
    1) Looking in WindowsApps (there is no .exe there)
    2) Making sure windows is of the latest version
    3) Updating all drivers
    4) Reinstalling the game twice (once on the C drive and once on another drive)

    Could not find log or install logs in suggested locations and also checked in WindowsApps. There were no relevant-looking Windows Events either.

  5. Game Wont Launch - Windows

    I encountered this issue on PC (windows app version)
    I was playing ALONE
    I was playing as Bruenor
    I'm forced to play on console as a workaround
    Steps:
    I left the game running with my character at camp on PC while i logged in and played a couple rounds on console.

    Result:
    Game wont boot on PC anymore. Launches right into not responding.
    If I force close the game, I receive a prompt to select either local or cloud save data. Neither selection works, the game still launches into not responding.

    I tried deleting the local save file @ C:\Users\Bill\AppData\Local\CotH\Saved\SaveGames…

  6. My gears are all gone

    My gears are all gone.
    All items, potions, skills are gone.
    Here are the steps of my last game.
    Open a customized online game(public).
    Invite one of my friends to join
    The game reloads again, and then fail to open a customized online game(which is normal case)
    I open a customized online game(public) again
    My friend join my game
    2 people join my game
    I found my gears,ultimate skills,all potions are gone.
    Restart game not working,
    Reboot my Xbox Series X not working

  7. Spikes crashing game

    Playing as Archer, every time I get near the spikes in Act 2 of Halls of the Duargar campaign, my game crashes and my teammates have to restart the level to include me.

  11. Invisible ramp

    Xbox series x
    Playing co-op with one other
    Bruenor Battlegammer
    The mask of Kelvin - The Face of Kelvin
    Once you enter your first large frost giant battle to the right of the entrance is a rock slope. If you were to climb up the slope it had an invisible ramp. I did go back into the level and was able to replicate

  12. Bruenor

    Bruenor tankiness and damage output are poor.
    Doesn’t seem to be able to tank anymore hits than other characters. Should be tankier even during skill cool downs to make up for poor damage output. He only seems worth it as a healer.

  13. Not levelling up

    Notes:
    I played two coop games and at the end of each dungeon it did the summary, showed that I levelled up but when I go to character screen one back at the camp, I have not levelled at all.

    1. I encountered this issue on Ps4 (today 5th July)
    2. I was playing random coop
    3. I was playing as Bruenor
    4. No workaround.....

  14. Zero multiplayer

    I'm on xbox, I can't quick play or custom match. It either takes me to a disconnected prompt or just never loads. I really like the game but I'd like to play with other people, solo is hard and gets boring. I'm a dwarf fighter (tank) so I'd imagine I wouldn't have much of a wait time or problem finding a group but for some reason your game just doesn't want to do multiplayer.

  15. Enemy Insta kill on environment/character

    2. I was playing Alone
    3. I was playing as Wulfgar
    4. No workaround that I know of aside from where death boundaries are.

    I was going back through the "Companions of Ice Wind" chapter, Act 1 just for some higher tier loot on difficulty Champion. Made it through as normal until I was fighting the verbeeg at the end of the level, I cleared out the other enemies to have a 1v1 and approached him. He did the animation for pulling out the flagpost and slamming it down, but I was mid-air slam attack (basic heavy…

  16. Disconnected/Freezing loading screens

    After the newest updated released on July 2nd, I’m still experiencing a disconnection after games.
    1.) I’m playing on the PS4
    2.) I’m playing online
    3.) I’m playing as anyone

    After a match or two and heading back to the main area, the loading screen will either keep loading if I’m joining a random session, or if I’m hosting it’ll just be a black screen and nothing is loading. Everything locks up and my only option is to shut down the application.

    I was playing act 2 of the last dungeon (the hall of judgement) We completed the mission and when we returned to town I was level 1 with no gear. I couldnt open the mission reward chest. Fearing i was bugged i left my friend game, and created my own. Everything was fine in my own game. I reconnected to my friends game, and I was once again level 1.…

  19. All saved data corruped, bye everything

    Game froze, I shut the ps5 down, all saved data corrupted. Bye everything! So long characters! I'm not playing this game anymore guys, you lost me. Fix 90 percent of the game. Good job making it a Dungeons and Dragons game. Can yall like give me something for the robbery I just went through? Who's idea was it to make you guys the developers?

  20. Image of weapons show they are connected to each other at base

    (1) PC
    (2) Alone
    (3) Drizzt
    (4) If you zoom at certain angles, the image bug goes away
    (Steps) Bug occurs at all times
    (Result) See image, noticed after i changed skin on Wear of the Mask Scimitar to another skin.
    (Expected Result) Assumed the image is not supposed to show a connection at the based of the two swords, connecting the two swords and going through Drizzt body at times.
