    i been playing 3 weeks so far and today installed the latest update when the update finished windows defender popped up and stated the firewall was blocking some content from MTGA. i thought that is strange so i allowed all content from MTGA through firewall, i noticed the shortcut had gone for the game so i made another and clicked it the screen goes black and that is all i have done this at least 30 times over the last 6 hours each time just a black screen nothing more now to give logs the first you ask for is clicking the gear icon in the game we with the black screen cannot enter the game and the other logs you ask for (file called MTGAInstall.log as well as a file ending in .msi.log.) i do not have or cannot find, i have tried everything at my end, loggged out and back in, cleared cache, restarted comp, then shutdown and restart comp, etc etc, also throwing the mouse at screen/keyboard did nothing either, plus i have a 64 bit whatever,so? and it's a shame for people with 32 bit did they get advance warning you were going to change to 64 bit? because if they spent money for new packs and now it change to 64 bit and they cannot enter nor play the game. are you going to at least give them info on how they can change from 32 bit to 64 bit if that's possible so they get into the game, well at least as far as the black screen atm,if you already have given this info then i stand corrected, now that is all i can help you with, i hope it helps you with helping us, and hope it's not long to a solution to our problems, otherwise i'm about to go chandra on my comp...
