    I tried to log in again and it said it had an update. I went to download and still have black screen. Here is my log

    Hello, I was getting a black screen after updates occurred. I uninstalled the program and tried to reinstall. I was able to do, however still have the black screen. Following directions to send in my log, the file in C:drive is empty
