    Guys, no one will listen to our cries of transparency in their Riggedness I mean Random Shuffler... This game only cares about PROFIT!! No wonder many are moving away from MTG Arena to either Legends of Runeterra (the Economy is really good as well as it is a game of skills rather than luck) as well as Genshin Impact... this company never cares about its players... =)

    This is why I am having second thoughts on spending money especially Kaldheim is just around the corner

    How I wish wizards listens to their players but nahhh I think they are just laughing at us...

    If only this is like MTGO in which you can just reimburse your collections but then nahhh

    Game is absolute rigged, matchmaking sucks, BORING game play, not great end of season rewards, Economy sucks... what more can you ask for? oh, let me add their Support team also doesn't even know what they are talking about when you ask which is why I just stop contacting them...

    The game is so rigged that your opponent had every answer on your spell hahaha FU wizards!! FU!!

    Do not spend on this game it is okay to play dailies then out! Better play World War Z than this trash game

    Also Matchmaking is not diverse... imagine playing same decks over and over again... so F YOUUUU WIZARDS!!

    Regret spending my money and time in this game... Shuffler is rigged and the Matchmaking is absolute ********!! don't believe me watch the Online Tournaments that they stream and you will see. There are several players and content creators quit the game but still the developer and publisher dont give a ****. hahaha

    Game is **** predictable... if you know your opponents deck you can predict what play they will have and you will have the worst hand algorithm in game... it sucks tbh because Magic suppose to be a game of skill but nowadays it literally wants your money. Worst Matchmaking as well especially in BO1... Worst rewards for Digital Game platform.

    WORST Developer ever!! I tried MTGO and they are way better than MTG Arena

    its already 1k+ vote watch out they might trim this one down... well they wont listen to players... that is why MTGO, despite how expensive it is, is far superior than MTG Arena.

    The game is base on pure LUCK as well as it is no longer random... imagine you flooded with lands as well as playing against the same fcking deck 10 times? I know Historic has many decks compared to standard but having playing 17 games with Goblins? wow ******** WIZARDS AND YES **** YOUUUUUUU!!!!!! I gave the game a chance but you still ***** up. You dont want me to issue a refund and **** YOUUUU!!! Game is so frustrating instead of a stress reliever... FUCKK YOUUUU AGAIN!!

    I dont want to stress myself because of the rigged shuffler. Is there a way in which we can refund our money that was spent in this game? I read a post that he/she present this link to the bank and said it is a scam and the bank acknowledge it recovering the money he/she spent in this game? Anyone tried that? I was suppose to purchase the John Avon Lands but since Arena do not like to hear us wont supporting it anymore and would love to get my money that was spent in this game back.

    Game was all base on LUCK and Bias shuffling not skills

    Adding my vote here as well and I wish I can ask for a refund... Imagine everyday you are playing about 15 games and you are lucky to get 2 times playing first. Also you are being matched with low bracket tier sometimes, the game let the low bracket tier wins. if only I can have my refund... Another thing if you like have a 3 winning streak it the game will screw you and lose about 7 times before winning again. They want you to spend more. such a waste

    I just create a non-tier deck and they pit it against tier 1 decks...

    I play a Control deck in Historic about most of the time it go against GOBLINS

    I use an Aetherworks deck in Historic and it faces 9/10 Colorless control deck

    Hahahaha F U wizards your game sucks!! I regret spending money in your **** game

    Can I put this here!! Its been 4 days and **** customer service since they don't know how to fix this!!! I've playing rank and unranked and this ******* Connection Lost thing always bugs me!!! I lost ton of games because of this issue for 4 days!! pls ******* help
