    It's been over a week. Same problem. Screen goes black with a cursor arrow when I try to load and that's it. Patch didn't work. Updating windows and Visual C++ didn't work. And WOTC support is silent on this. I know I'm not alone, because I see other posts with similar issues. Please fix this, WOTC. And please give us an indication that it's being worked on. I feel like WOTC doesn't care about people playing Arena! It's unbelievably frustrating!

    I submitted my game logs a while back. The game does not load. I've updated several times. Updated Visual C++ and Windows 7 too. The fixes you mentioned do nothing for me, and the game was working fine before Core Set 2021. It'd be nice if you at least mentioned that you're still working on the issue. It feels like WOTC has sort just dropped the ball on all of us who weren't helped by the patch.
