    I have the same problem and this is the third time I’ve crashed in a ranked duel. This is a huge problem for players who have bought a season pack, because they are wasting time, ranks and money that they could have used to level up.
    If the problem is not resolved before the end of the month, we will ask for refund of the packs and gems used.
