How is it even possible that a multi billion dollar company does not manage even to RESPOND (!) to so many customers complaining about a non-playable game for weeks now. I assume most of us payed for content or still do that on a regular basis. The least we can expect is your respect and support.
Let´s see how long a official response will take. Until then, there will be a new thread every day.
And sorry WOTC for being so stupidly willing to use your product.

An error occurred while saving the comment Larry Lhurgoyf#15477 commentedSame here: Black Screen, Cursor, no error notification. Unplayable. This is totally unacceptable. Why does it take so long to fix this catastrophic bug?
How can you change language settings when you are not able to access the game at all? Does not make sense... By the way, in my case language was set to english and not any foreign language so the work-around obviously does not apply for everybody with this black screen issue.
