    This is a 4 year problem!! Why isn't this being addressed? This is out of control and the game is unplayable. Is it time for reimbursements? Does this need to go to the next level?

    I will be contacting the appropriate office.

    I tried a few things - restart, reset winsock, dns flush, etc. All my other games are working. Hopefully they are aware of the issue.
