    Hey
    Yeahh, nooo....
    It got worse again.
I started with Eldraine, and I could simply play and enjoy the game. I even could watch yt in a browser on another screen at the same time!!
It noticeably started to break, when that lava-map was introduced, randomly got hard graphical glitches there, like missing, black chunks. Apart from that, I randomly get dark cards, black boosterpacks, or chunky graphical fx, eg for the “summoning sickness”-fog..
Then that black screen occured some versions later. But I still could play randomly. Mostly when directly starting a game and not going to other tabs like the store, or the decks.. Worked for a few games before the "BSOD" occured.. After that the "BSOD" mostly(!) remained until game restart..
Now the BSOD is even more likely and happens to show up any time..
The match seems to happen, I can hear it, and my mouse seems to click on buttons, but I can't see it. Thats how I always experience the BSOD.

Now do I run mtga on a toaster?! Yes, maybe (a recent w10 + both recent vcredists, with some AMD quad-core with 2.6GHz, 4Gb Ram, a gf9800gt with 1Gb - yes it's a toaster). But it's the same old toaster from Eldraine. It's a card-game, with okish graphics, steady scene, mostly some 'quads' flying around, could run on OGL 1.x... And shouldn't updates make a game run better anyways?

how can it be that demanding? are you in the background mining bitcoins??

Google's auto-complete suggests for "mtg arena" - "crashes" it's not such a good sign, isn't it?

Oh and I also had to switch languages to avoid those crashes. Seemed to work in the last version again, But now I had to change it again to english.

Apart from that, the game now takes really long on the 1st match to load, usually ending with a BSOD. Next matches load much faster, nearly "realtime", but still ending in a BSOD most of the time..

I tried the msi-installer. Didn't work for me it seems.
But I wonder, why it installs a x64-game in the "program files (x86)"-dir... I'm even relatively sure, I removed the "(x86)" from the path-string on installation.
I wanted a fresh install, but hat to notice, it didn't delete my user-data, auto logged in.. (and I couldn't find it at 1st glance - any idea how to completely remove it on uninstall anyone???)

And one more thing: I tried it on a linux machine too with wine. After some issues with the installers "(x86)"-confusion, not finding the game there, it worked without a BSOD, but with low fps. And that with an even more toaster-like GPU, some ATI Radeon with only 512Mb Ram! The CPU is a more recent i5 actially.. Sadly sparky really started to spark, by shooting polygons everywhere after some time. :(

But now here is another thing:
Why did the game actually download 4.6 Gb for the game on my w10, but only 2.9 Gb on linux-machine???????????????? I both times used the same msi-installer.

The drugs you wizards deliver are nice, but the way to consume them is a pain.. I really wonder, if this is supposed to be a bad trip..

Would be nice if people, who managed to make it run again could post some logs or specs - anyone?!

Any experinece if submitting this to the 'Technical Troubleshooting', as the "customer support bot" suggests, makes any difference?!

    Ty & Bye!
