Same problem for me, cards are disappearing from my collection . What a waste of money and time. I guess ["Thieves" of the Coast] don't give a f*** fixing some stuff in this game that are essential for players. And on top of it Game crashes randomly for no apparent reason when playing ranked matches and getting a loss . Match making is another joke, nicely put in the game to encourage us to keep spending money in this broken game.This seems like a robbery to me and i wonder if there is a way to take legal actions against the ["Thieves" of the Coast] gang. I want my money or the cards that i have paid back.

Game crashes randomly for me when playing a mach , losing rank without playing is really frustrating .This is happening every day for a long long time now, when will this be fixed . Wizards take care of your product people are paying money to you for it ,this is unacceptable.
It is really a shame that Wizards have done nothing about this problem. Over 75% of my games i am being roped, and it is getting worse, only because Wizards do nothing about it. it is impossible to report every day 15 (or more) people roping. We want to have fun playing and not do the job that Wizards must do. DO SOMETHING ! .What a disgrace... shame on you wizards.
