    Unbelievable. I dropped a good bit of money in anticipation of this. Why provide pre-orders for content, why advertise it is "Unlocking 9/17"?

    At the very least ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ISSUE.

    Is this possibly related to having purchased the mastery pass?

    I was having the connectivity issues for a while, which seem to have gotten better. But in one of those connected periods I purchased the mastery pass. Since the mastery pass purchase I'm now having this same black screen, hear audio, see mouse cursor behavior.

    Correlation or causation?
